Dear Sir/Madam
Please find the email received from the Roller Skating Federation of India regarding the eligibility of technical officials to officiate in the District & State Level Competitions. The Roller Skater Federation of India states that those who do not attend the seminar and appear for the examination shall not be considered for the officiating even at the district level competitions. Hence all district unit secretaries are informed to inform all the eligible persons in your district to attend the seminar and appear for the examination failing which they may not be considered for officiating in the district & state level championships. Take this as a serious matter and informa all the persons in your district to attend the seminar and appear for the examination.
