This is in reference to our earlier mail regarding the level 2 referee seminar.

We are informing you that you should ensure that your state championship will be officiated by only those referees of your state referees who have attended the Level-2 seminar. We are sharing the list of official names of your state with this mail.

This list has more than 70% below standard referees whose results will be shared with you sometime.

Due to the shortage of referees this year, you can get all of them officiating in your state championships.

You should share with us the date and venue of your state championship so that the federation can send the observer and the observer have to ensure that no rule is violated.

Below is the list of eligible Technical officials to officiate in the District / State Championship for the year 2022 – 2023 by virtue of their attending the Seminar for Level – 2 Judges. No person other than listed below should be officiating the event.
