Dear sir/madam

You are informed that skaters skaters who have participated in the unofficial championship/s, not recognised by RSFI or APRSA should not be permitted to participate in the district championships. Any violation in this regard would be viewed very seriously and action would be taken against Coach/Skater/district association.
