Dear  Madam / Sir,

As you all know, we are observing some situations related to COVID in a few States, we need to ensure that our 1st National inter district roller skating Championship should be conducted with utmost priority by following the strict rules.

To ensure the Championship is conducted smoothly, we need your complete support & co- operation in following the guidelines during the championship.

1. Every State Association has to assign one manager for every discipline of Roller Skating and that one manager has to be the prime co-ordinator who should be able to convince every skater/team to follow the rules & guidelines under top priority.

2. Only a team players will be allowed at the venue during their Races /  matches being scheduled. There is no scope of this rule to be violated and the manager  and State association will be responsible to undertake this task.

3. Keep the skaters informed about wearing masks while travelling to the venue and follow the guidelines laid by the respective team manager.

4. all state associations have to ensure there are no spectators coming to the venue or in the vicinity of the Skaters who have come to play their match. Specially Nearby  state like Chandigarh, Punjab & Haryana, Delhi & J.K..   

5. Any person/skater/official/manager violating the rules or guidelines is counted as intolerance and strict action will be taken by RSFI on such an issue.
