Please find the email received from the Roller Skating Federation of India. Please inform all judges in the district to attend the seminar if they wish to officiate at different levels in future championships. Those who have not attended earlier and appeared for the examination should not attend. 

RSFI secretariat makes it mandatory to have qualified technical officials at all levels of competitions.
