MEETING WITH MINISTER OF SPORTS, CHIARMAN SAAP, VC & MD SAAP

We are happy to let you know that the General Secretary, Dr Bhagirath Kumar & Addl.General Secretary P. Thomas Choudary attended the meeting called by the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh, addressed by Smt. RK Roja Minister for Sports & Youth Affairs, Cultural, Tourism, Sri. Bayreddy Siddartha Reddy, Chairman SAAP, Smt. Dr Vani G Mohan, IAS Principal Secretary Sports & Youth Affairs, Sri. K. Harshavardha IAS, VC & MD SAAP.

We gave representation to the minister and copies to all the SAAP representatives for cash incentives to the skaters' developing infrastructure in all the districts by constructing rinks in parks. We also gave a representation for constructing an international standard skateboarding park in Visakhapatnam with a 400 mts to 600 mts road circuit.

We also presented to the minister the good governance of the state association. The minister and all the members of the SAAP were pleased with the performance and growth of Roller Sports in Andhra Pradesh.
