Dear Sir/Madam,

 I am writing to talk about an important matter concerning the adherence to the Sports Code and MYAS (Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports) election guidelines.

In the past, we sent several emails reminding you about the importance of following the Ministry's guidelines in conducting elections for your district association. We must follow the rules and regulations laid down in the sports code. 

Again, we emphasize that all affiliated associations must comply with the Sports Code guidelines. Also, we would like to ask you to seek assistance from the APRSA if needed during the election process. We aim to ensure fair and transparent elections that uphold the principles of democracy.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in the Andhra Pradesh Roller Skating Association's inability to continue granting annual recognition to your association. We hope you understand this situation's gravity and think it's a very important matter and priority.
